LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT IN NGO'S TRAINING WAS SUCCESSFULLY LAUNCHED. SECOND GROUP

We are happy to announce that "LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT IN NGO’S" TRAINING PROGRAM was launched. It is the second time we do this program in Ukraine for directors, managers of NGO’s and government organizations related to child welfare field in Ukraine. These are true leaders, who have already been working really hard in their organizations to make children’s life better and brighter. Our goal is to help leaders to realize their role as a leader, to assess their leadership skills and their potential and offer to them tools of effective leadership. We got fairly good size group of 19 participants who are ready and willing to take this jonnie with us to the finish.

We also want to thank Ruby Johnston the president of ILDC and an expert in the field of child welfare for willing to come to work with these great group leaders.
